Bounce House Flies Onto Highway With Kid Inside

This is not the first time that a bounce house went airborne with terrified children inside.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said in a statementthat the boy fell out of the bounce house after it rolled onto Highway 395 and struck a vehicle. The child suffered only minor injuries. "The winds have been strong in the high desert all weekend - but that area, the winds were going probably a little faster up there".

A vehicle then struck the bounce house.

Officials said the child was inside and fell out after the bounce house rolled onto Highway 395 and hit a vehicle traveling southbound. Inside the bounce house was the 9-year-old child. They told the television station all they could do was scream as the gust took hold of the structure. The boy had been at a party with several other adults in attendance, and witnesses watched on in horror as the bounce house was taken away by the strong wind.

"The child was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment; he was suffering from minor injuries".
