"A lot of people (inside the bus) were screaming and they were like, hanging from their seat belts". A red dump truck with a mangled front end was parked along the highway nearby. A total of 43 people of those 45 were injured and transported to hospitals for treatment, he said.

Waterloo Village is a historic site depicting a Lenape Indian community and once-thriving port along the Morris Canal in northwestern New Jersey. Victims of the crash were taken to Morristown Medical Center, St. Joseph's Health, St. Clare's Dover Hospital and St. Clare's Denville Hospital.

Crews loaded the wrecked bus onto a flat-bed truck on Thursday night.
