I will discuss about my future after the World Cup, not before. A football club of this size coming after my services?

Liverpool, who finished fourth in the EPL last season and reached the Champions League final, have also signed Guinea global Naby Keita from RB Leipzig.

Fabinho led Monaco by registering 3,200 touches in all competitions this past season. He has started at least 33 Ligue 1 games in all of the last four seasons, scoring 23 league goals in that time.

After starting his career with Fluminense, Fabinho moved to Europe in 2012 with Portuguese club Rio Ave, who loaned him to Real Madrid, and the teenager made one substitute appearance for their first team.

Fabinho's signing was confirmed on Monday in a 50 million euros deal from Monaco, adding to the 60m euros acquisition of Naby Keita from RB Leipzig. At six foot two, he always looked a little bit too tall and rangy for a full-back, who tend to be more squat and agile to cope in one-against-one situations against tricky wide players.

"He has ability and the mentality to play at the highest level in a number of positions", Klopp explained when the deal was announced.

This season, the Frenchman has been playing for Lyon in a position that hasn't existed in Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool side, just off a central striker. I know he's a fantastic person, his background is from nice people.

But Jean-Michel Aulas insists that the club remain relaxed about Fekir's future and does not expect any developments before the World Cup has finished.

Speculation is mounting that the duo will be joined by France worldwide Nabil Fekir, with reports in France claiming a £62m deal to sign the playmaker to replace Philippe Coutinho has been agreed. With Virgil Van Dijk marshalling the defence behind them, it looks like Klopp is finally adding that much-needed spine to support their terrific attacking play at the other end. He can play "6", "8" and "2".

And asking the Egypt global to match his displays from this season - following a World Cup which he will inevitably start injured - is unrealistic.
