Oppo Find X with slide-out cameras revealed ahead of official launch

So in order to build this phone the way it did, OPPO put the selfie camera behind a motorized slider. To top it all, the phone also hides a facial recognition scanner in the pop up.

With the entry to European markets including France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, Oppo plans to expand to more markets in Europe step by step. You want to see and feel this marvelous beauty up close that boasts a 92% screen to body ratio.

For Oppo, this is a big deal for a couple of serious reasons, one of which is that the all-screen concept hasn't really been pulled off in a released phone as of yet.

All this fancy technology, sandwiched between two glass panels, comes with a few concerns as well. The publication has been given a pre-production to test and they've detailed Oppo's flagship smartphone, including its specifications and features. There is no fingerprint sensor on the device.

This is not the first phone with this technology - last week, the Vivo announced the model of the Notch-less Nex, which has pop-up front camera, but Oppo is unique in that uses this system for both front and rear cameras.

Omojis is Oppo's take on Animated emojis, which uses the 3D face scanning that has up to 15,000 facial dot recognition.

Oppo has made a revolutionary creation in the smartphone industry by ditching the way users think of cellular device cameras and giving everyone a mechanical slider.

OPPO just unveiled the Find X during an event in Paris and the device looks quite promising.

Oppo Find X will be available in China starting today. According to the company, the Find X will retail for 999 Euros, or $1,157. There is also a Limited Lamborghini Edition with carbon fiber back, 512GB storage and VOOC Super Flash charge. The company had been teasing a lot about the phone, and everything it teased, came out to be true. The Automobili Lamborghini Edition of the smartphone is priced at 1,699 Euros. The processor is a Snapdragon 845 chip, which is now the best there is from Qualcomm. It has 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage which is not extendable.

The Oppo Find X measures 156.7 x 74.2 x 9.6mm, and weighs in at 186g, but it does have a curved display on the front and curved edges on the rear, making it a little easier to handle.
