The Apple 13-inch MacBook Pro is powered by a quad-core 8th-generation Intel Core. Arguably the most polarizing among these tweaks is the butterfly keyboard-the 2015 MacBook Pro predates that mechanism, making its traditional keyboard a preferred alternative for many users.

Apple says the new MacBook Pro models are part of the company's Back to School promotion starting in the USA from Tuesday, available to college students, their parents, faculty and staff through the Apple Education Store.
