"Sending love Demi. I've relapsed many times", he wrote. "It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet", she said.
She thanks God for keeping her "alive and well".

While in the hospital, she was visited by friends and family, including ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.
