While the Note 9 addresses the few gaps that the Note 8 didn't quite ideal; those expecting more in terms of design may be on the fence.

However, Samsung did add one new feature to the Note 9's camera: Scene Optimiser. On the back, there is expected to be a dual-rear camera setup comprising of a 12-megapixel primary lens with a dual aperture that can shift from f/2.4 aperture to a wider f/1.5 for low light shots along with a secondary camera has a 12-megapixel lens with f/2.4 aperture.

And then we have the signature, all-new S Pen with Bluetooth support. Additionally, users will also have an option to expand the Note 9's storage by 512GB through the addition of a microSD card.

Preorders for both models will begin on August 10th at 12:01 AM EDT, and the Note 9 will be available on August 24th. The company is offering anyone who preorders the phone between August 10th and August 23rd either a pair of AKG headphones (normally $299) or 15,000 V-Bucks in Fortnite (normally $150) for free.

As rumoured, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 packs a Quad HD+ (1440x2960 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity Display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 516 pixels per inch. If you simply can't choose between the two, you can also pay $99 and get both promotional offers (and still save a few hundred bucks).
