The actor who played Goldberg in "The Mighty Ducks" was arrested recently, and based on his mug shot, he really could use some help.

Weiss, 38, was detained Saturday around 1 AM in Oroville, California, TMZ reports. Police in the area picked him up on a charge of public intoxication after he was found "behaving erratically" with a flashlight.

According to the source, Weiss has "been staying with his sister near Sacramento".

This is the latest legal drama for Weiss.

Last year, Weiss was sentenced to 150 days in a local jail after he pled no contest to stealing $151 in merchandise at a Fry's Electronics store.

A U.S. court initially sentenced him to 150 days in jail for that crime, but he wound up being released after just 12 days due to prison overcrowding, which is a horribly depressing sentence.

According to a statement released by the Oroville Public Safety Department on Monday, Weiss, 39, "was arrested for being under the influence of drugs" at about 12:47 a.m. on Saturday, August 4 in Oroville, Calif. That incident came five days after he completed a jail sentence for petty theft. Only in recent years has his career slowed down. As many of them get older, they tend to have major issues.
