After reportedly being arrested for drinking under influence and a hit and run in May, he confessed to being two times over the legal limit.
He fled the scene and was charged with hit-and-run and DUI. He was due to appear in court on September 11.

He said: "I love lean; it's great".
"It's unusual. Like, the whole thing is a little odd but it's not negative", he said. You know, it's all positive energy. I was not happy and I was on lean very heavy.

The news comes just as the rapper was preparing to head off on a solo tour, following the release of his new album, Swimming. The album entered at number one on the Billboard 200.
He was preparing to launch a USA tour for his latest album "Swimming" that was scheduled to kick off in San Francisco on October 27.
