Paul Pogba has had issues with the the current Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho.

According to ESPN, Pogba is aware that the Red Devils' executive vice-chairman, Ed Woodward would prefer to sack Mourinho to keep him at Old Trafford.

United have publicly advertised for the position of a recruitment analyst as the club aims improve its scouting procedure, according to a report in Manchester Evening News.

"I like Mourinho. He has a good personality but not for United - they should have [Pep] Guardiola as coach", Cantona said in an exclusive interview with the Mail on Sunday.

One thing which may work in United's favour is Paul Pogba's situation.

Two trophies in his first season have given Mourinho something to always hold onto with United but his second season went trophyless - although a second-place finish was certainly impressive, considering Manchester City's relentless campaign.
