LG Electronics showcased "V40", the company's the world's first smartphone equipped with five camera lenses and powerful photo imaging features. The LG V40 instead has horizontal cameras. It comes with five cameras, two on the front side and three on the back side. Innovation the smartphone has a triple main camera module and dual front-facing camera.
"We didn't just increase the number of cameras". This means that each camera produces a different picture, of varying size and quality.
The new flagship allows users to create content combining photos and videos with a feature called "Magic Photo", the company said. This has a f/1.5 aperture and a pixel size of 1.4 micron.

V40 has an 8 MP f/1.9 main shooter and a secondary 5 MP f/2.4 camera. Third, with a resolution of 12 megapixels and aperture f / 2.4, capable to remove with three times optical zoom.
Other interesting, and useful, camera features include Triple Shot which stitches together the images captured with each of the three lenses into a short video file for easy sharing.
But it's the phone's triple-camera setup that is by far the standout feature of the new device. There are new lighting options there as well, so you can look better than real-life on social media. Interestingly, it also saves a GIF transition between the shots along with the three individual images.

As for memory setup, the smartphone comes with 6GB of RAM coupled with a 64GB internal memory space which can be expanded with the help of microSD card, as per requirement. It has DTS X Surround Sound and a headphone jack as well. The LG V40 ThinQ is MIL-STD 810G certified for its durability and IP68 certified for the dust and water resistance. It's backed by a 3300mAh battery and also has fast charging support. The handset will reportedly ship with Snapdragon 845 SoC, a Quad DAC, and a dedicated physical button to wake up the Google Assistant.
