This time around, we may see an upgraded chip on the new Pixel 3 smartphones, along with additional AI features to make the cameras even more impressive. Its colours this year are said to be called "Clearly White", "Just Black" and "Not Pink".

Instead of a thick hardware keyboard magnetically attached to the bottom edge of the device, as we saw with the Pixel C, this year Google seems to be putting on a cover with an integrated, attachable keyboard, which can be connected to the tablet via four pins. As is the case with BoGo deals, however, you'll have to pay the full price of the second unit up front and it will be refunded to you over the 24-month period of the contract.

Other products expected to be announced at the event include a wireless charging stand, Home Hub, and the first Chrome tablet - Pixel Slate.

What will differentiate them will be the display of 5.5 inches on the Pixel 3 and 6.5 inches on Pixel 3 XL. The notch will house dual cameras, one of which is expected to come with a wide-angle lens, the earpiece and sensors.

According to the images leaked to the network until today, Chrome OS should receive a new user interface, with a central dock and a "Back" button. The most awaited device in this event is going to be the Google Pixel 3.

Regardless of what is announced, check in all day October 9 for news and hands-on for everything Google announces. There's also the question of whether or not the keyboard and stylus will come with the tablet, or if it'll be separate and cost extra ala Apple style. To walk toe-to-toe with other major flagships of 2018 (excluding the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Note9), the Pixel 3 and 3 XL will feature notched displays.

However, several rumours and speculations will be put to rest as Google will be revealing the next-gen Pixel 3 smartphones globally.

There isn't a ton of new stuff to learn since that first leak and a following benchmark, but this is the first all-angle look we've really got.

One of the changes coming to this year's Pixel is the ability to wirelessly charge, thanks to the glass back. However, it is still not sure whether or not Google will launch the Pixelbook 2 in the upcoming event. There is no information on the exact size of the screen and resolution of the Pixel Slate. As for recording videoss, the rear camera can record 4K videos at 30FPS and the front camera can only record video upto 1080p.

Inside the body will be integrated Wi-Fi dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz), while the software will be entrusted to Android.
