A police official said that an unsubstantiated phone threat was made to the Time Warner Building claiming there were five bombs present, and building security ordered an evacuation as a precaution.

This isn't the first time the building has been the target of bomb threat phone calls. "We grabbed what we could and got out of the building and now, we are standing outside of the building", Lemon told his viewers. The roughly 90-minute drama recalled a similar evacuation in October after an explosive device was discovered at CNN's NY headquarters.
