McDonald's launching limited-time Donut Sticks

McDonald's said it would add Donut Sticks to its menu, beginning February 20 for a limited time.

McDonald's is debuting a new breakfast item: McCafe Donut Sticks.

Covered in cinnamon sugar on the outside, warm, soft and doughy on the inside, donut sticks are to become the latest addition to the McDonald's breakfast menu.

The fast-food chain is giving Donut Sticks a try! Since McDonald's sees them as the ideal treat to go with their coffee, there will be a special price when you get a half-dozen Donut Sticks and small McCafé coffee.

According to Business Insider, McCafé Donut Sticks will be the company's first "major change" in breakfast items in over a decade. They look similar to Dunkin' Donut Fries.

McDonald's typical breakfast menu consists of various breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, yogurt parfait, and, of course, hash browns.

She went on to explain that the product had been tested in select IL restaurants back in early 2018 - and then again in October 2018 - to get it just right. "We are thrilled to be making breakfast at McDonald's even more delicious by introducing Donut Sticks".
