Murray shows off arm at Pro Day

Murray will take part in orchestrated drills during his Pro Day. However, the Patriots may be doing their due diligence on a player who might end up their opponent in 2019. This is an interesting development because there were many assuming the Cardinals would be taking Murray with the first pick, and many would believe that two high profile guys of the Cardinals would be in attendance.

The team can find out a lot more in a private workout with Murray than they will be able to find out a pro day that is put on by the university to make him look as good as they can.

The Las Vegas SuperBook, Westgate, opened their NFL Future odds on the 2019 National Football League overall No. 1 draft pick.

According to Ian Rapoport and James Palmer of NFL Network, the Arizona Cardinals' brass - including head coach Kliff Kingsbury and general manager Steve Keim - will not be at Murray's Pro Day.

There is no doubt that Murray was a special quarterback during his time at Oklahoma, and after measuring in over 5-foot-10, he is the favorite to now be the No. 1 overall selection in April.

"I felt fantastic leaving the combine", he said. That might not seem totally atypical until you consider that Murray didn't do any speed and agility tests - the broad jump, vertical jump, 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, three-cone drill, 60-yard shuttle and bench press - at last month's NFL Scouting Combine, either. "It was a great experience". Murray declined to be measured again Wednesday, but weighed in at 205 pounds.
